Re: cygnar help
It really depends on what warcaster he wants to run with. Do you know if he wants to stick with pStriker? If he switches to a different warcaster, you'd get very different answers.
He's already got a nice assortment of 'jacks. One that I see that's missing would be a Defender, which is a great long range gun (of course, I love big guns). pStriker's special character 'jack is Ol' Rowdy, which would be a good choice.
I'd suggest that you check out the Cygnar section of BattleCollege: http://battlecollege.wikispaces.com/mkiiCygnar See if you can get your son to browse around and see if any of the 'casters appeal to him more than Striker. All of the write-ups on the warcaster pages give suggestions for good matching models.

Re: cygnar help
He seems to like nemo. He likes to stay back and play defense for now.

Re: cygnar help
Nemo is a great caster, both prime and epic. Looking at the amount of warjacks you have and his like for Nemo perhaps an infantry unit of stormguard or stormblade infantry. Both could give him something to work with other than an a warjack. The solo Arlan Strangeways is great for support and is a jack marshal. The Thunderhead character warjack works well with Nemo also. As a bonus I believe all these mini's have immunity to electricity.
Hope this helps.

Before reading the other responses, the first thing that popped into my head was that your son needs some Stormguard. You've got a decent amount of 'jacks to start to play around with, but what you don't have are infantry. Stormguard are a good screen that will allow the rest of your army to advance and do its job. You might also want to consider a unit of Arcane Tempest Gun Mages. They are pretty nuts, especially when you add in their unit attachment.
It can also be easy to overlook mercenaries when you are first starting. One of the advantages that Cygnar has is the large number of different mercenary units that will work for them. YOu should be able to find this information on battlecollege as well. One merc unit in particular that works well with Cygnar are the Boomhowler Trolls which are featured in the main rulebook (Prime).
You might want to pick out an attachment for your 'caster. The Squire is very popular. I am slowly becoming a big fan of Sylys Wyshnalyrr. I think he works really well with Commander Coleman Stryker.
All that being said, what minis does your son like the look of? I'm a big advocate of playing with the models that you think are cool, regardless of their abilities or synergy.

I'd second that you consider some Mercs. Either version of Eiryss (I run pEiryss all the time) should probably be included as a "must buy."

If he likes playing defense, he should certainly consider Haley. I run pHaley and continually casting Temporal Barrier can really shut down the other guy's advance in a major way. Seriously, that spell makes the other guy's crawl across the field and I use ranged firepower to whittle them away as they advance. Good times.
