I order from K&J Magnetics and have always been super happy with both their prices and their service.

You'll probably want to order DH101 and/or D201-N52. They are the disc magnets that are quite thin; perfect for fitting to your drilled holes without too much hassle. Too much smaller and they won't hold a grip, too much bigger and they won't fit most models. The 201s are about the perfect size for 'jack and beast arms, while the 101s fit most infantry.

You'll need what's called a "pin vice." You can pick one up at Hobby Lobby. Or, you can check out a site like The War Store and if you are a super fanboy you can buy the official P3 version off of Amazon. Joking aside, sets like the P3 set are really nice because they come with bits and pins that fit perfectly. So, you'll get a useful tool for magnetizing and a necessary tool for pinning large minis.

I also use and endorse K & J magnetics. I keep a supply of D201-N52 magnets on hand. I also use the D301-N52 and D31-N52 as well. Admittedly though, I've never magnetized a 'jack. I use the D301-N52 and D31-N52 to magnetize my minis for transport security.

I have the P3 pin vice already so I should be good.
