I'm in for tomorrow. Sounds like its going to be a full house, looking forward to it.

I told John last week that I was giving up Strakhov and picking up Harkevich, but after a lot of deliberation this week I have come to the conclusion that Strakhov is just to much fun to give up, so I'm going to stick to my original plan of playing him while also learning how to play Zerkova. Now all I need to do is get her painted.

Are you angling to get the "I won with Zerkova" banner that I see popping up on PP forums? Apparently the consensus is that winning with her is a challenge and that she is a low-tier caster, although I haven't seen any hard argument why this is the case.

In any case, I applaud using casters that are seen as "not competitive"; this motivates my love and use of Darius, although things have changed quite a bit since the Stormwall came out!

The fact everyone whines about how bad she is is part of it but I think it has too do with the type of play style she has. It's completely different from anything else I've tried. I have some combos I've been kicking around for awhile too so I want to try them out. I think she could be solid if I get the hang of her. We'll see though. She's not painted yet but I think I'm going to bring her along tonight to get my first game in with her. Should be interesting.
