journeyman 2013

The new journeyman league is up. About the same as last year for point scoring. Point progressions still the same. The big difference is they add an extra battle box level starting point for all the factions except minions and convergence.

So for instance a trollblood player could take the old battlebox or the new one. Which is p doomshaper pyre troll storm troll, dire troll mauler.

Really very interesting choices on the alternative boxes.

I think Khador's alternate box is actually really solid. The Butcher can take out a jack on his own and I think the decimator and kodiak is a great jack pairing. The decimator requires a lot of focus and the kodiak is pretty focus efficient. The kodiak also does well with full throttle.

I'm not sure how well some of the boxes are going to deal with iron fleshed camping butcher. Besides picking up e Eiyris at 15.

I'll get this and the league around when I have a strong commitment from at least 3 other folks (I'd probably play in both), so that we have a solid 4 people on a weekly basis.

I'm in, I'm sure John is in, Austin is probably in, and we have a new player coming in from overseas, so that's 4. If you want to commit, that would be icing.
